Important Holiday Season Processing & Shipping Time Information

As the holiday season approaches, we want to keep you informed about our shipping and processing schedule to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please take a moment to review the following information.

Order Deadline:

All orders placed by 11:59pm EST on December 8th, 2023, will be completed and shipped no later than December 22, 2023. Orders placed after this date will be processed in January 2024. Please note that once items are released to the shipping carriers, we cannot control arrival dates.

Shipping Recommendations:

While we make every effort to meet the recommended shipping deadlines, it's important to note that there may be occasional delays in order processing. Please be aware that our standard processing time is 2-3 weeks, and shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee that your items will arrive by Christmas.

Additionally, this year, December 25th falls on a Monday. For some express and day-definite services, Saturday delivery may be an option, but it typically requires an extra fee. If you require a 2-day or next-day service with Saturday delivery, please check with your chosen carrier for details on the associated costs.
