Custom embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, garment type, and design complexity. Most left-chest logos and small monograms range from 3,000–8,000 stitches, with prices typically between $5–$15 per item. There is also a one-time artwork setup fee starting at $60 for custom embroidery.

2. Can I bring my own clothing for embroidery?
Yes! You can bring your own garments or items for custom embroidery. We ensure professional results on a variety of items including polos, jackets, shirts, sweatshirts, bags, and hats. Please review our terms and conditions regarding customer-provided items and be prepared to sign a waiver confirming your understanding.

We can embroider polos, jackets, shirts, sweatshirts, bags, and hats. Our pricing charts separate flat items, caps, and specialty embroidery, such as 3D puff or metallic thread designs. Customers can purchase apparel directly from Kelly Anne Embroidery or bring their own garments.
5. What is the turnaround time for custom embroidery orders?
Processing time depends on order size, garment type, and current demand. Most standard embroidery orders are completed within 1–3 weeks. Large or bulk orders may require additional time. We also accommodate fast turnaround timelines for urgent projects, though extra fees may apply.
6. Are there minimums for embroidery orders?
If you are purchasing apparel through Kelly Anne Embroidery, there is no minimum order. For customer-provided garments, there is a minimum embroidery fee of $75. This minimum covers only the embroidery service and does not include artwork setup fees, shipping costs, taxes, or hourly-rate services.
7. Do you offer specialty embroidery like puff or metallic thread?
Yes! We provide specialty embroidery options, including 3D puff embroidery for hats and raised designs, as well as metallic thread embroidery for decorative effects. Specialty embroidery may have slightly higher pricing due to materials and technique.
8. How do I request a quote for my custom embroidery project?
The easiest way to request a quote is by completing the quote form on our website. We do not provide quotes over the phone and must see your logo or design before providing an accurate estimate.

How much does a monogram or personalized text cost?
Pricing depends on size, number of lines, and number of characters.
Small designs under 1.5″: $20 per item (single line, up to 24 characters)
Larger designs over 1.5″: $25 per item (single line, up to 24 characters)
No setup fee applies for monograms or personalized text like names.
Additional lines or characters may incur small fees.
Are there additional fees for custom fonts?
If you choose a non-standard font outside our list of standard options, there is a $15 font sourcing fee per design. Standard fonts are included at no extra charge.
Can I add multiple lines or extra characters?
Yes! You can customize your monogram or text:
Extra line (up to 24 characters): $5–$8 depending on size
Extra characters (24+): $0.25–$0.35 per character
