Requesting a Price Match:

• To request a price match, provide our representative with a written copy of the competitor's quote containing the company name and contact information to Kelly Anne Embroidery via email or in person.

• The competitor's quote should be valid, current, or issued within the last 30 days at the time of your request.

Verification:

• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the competitor's quote and confirm the details of their offered services.

• Price matching is subject to approval at the discretion of Kelly Anne Embroidery.

Price Match Guarantee:

• If your request is approved, we will match the competitor's quoted price for the equivalent embroidery services.

• Price matching applies to the total quoted price, including all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

Exclusions:

• We do not price match quotes from individuals, unverified sources, or providers offering significantly inferior quality.

• Price matching does not apply to previous orders, completed transactions, or ongoing projects.

• Please be aware that alterations to the order will not be subject to price matching; the services must mirror the competitor's quote exactly.

Limitations:

• Our Price Matching Policy applies to one quote per customer and per order.

• Price matching cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers from Kelly Anne Embroidery.

Adjustments and Amendments:

• We reserve the right to modify or revoke our Price Matching Policy at any time without prior notice.
