How to Order a Monogram or Add Text to an Item

Step 1: Choose Your Font or Monogram

Click on the option you would like from our available fonts and monograms.

Step 2: Complete the Order Form

After selecting your font or monogram, fill out the order form in the listing with all the necessary customization details. Make sure to complete one form per item. Add the items to your cart, and once you've added all your items, proceed to checkout. 

Step 3: Checkout

Click "Checkout" to finalize your order. Provide your contact information and billing details. For local customers, select the local pick-up option. Once your order is confirmed, expect a link within 1-2 business days to schedule a drop-off appointment if you're providing your own item.

Important:

We operate from our home and are available by appointment only. Please do not visit us unannounced as we will not be able to assist you without an appointment.

Local Customers

Feel free to bring your own item for embroidery by selecting that option during checkout; we'll send you a link to schedule a drop-off appointment. Local customers can choose the free pick-up option during checkout, and once your order is finalized, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.

Shipping

If you prefer, you can also choose to have your item shipped to you. Select the shipping option during checkout.
