How long till i get my order?

Due to the made to order nature of all our products the processing time is 3 weeks. While we try to stay within this estimated range some order may take extended time due to factors out of our controlProcessing time is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping, please see estimates at check out as it can vary. Processing time does not include shipping time. All processing times are estimated base on the current order count in our production list, sometime there may be as many as 200 other items ahead of yours. All items are made-to-order and custom, we do not keep an inventory of items.

How will my order ship?

You can chose your preffered shipping method at checkout. We office USPS, UPS or DHL It can take anywhere from 2-10+ days to be delivered depending on the destination of the package. We do not guarantee delivery or take responsibility if a package arrives later than the carrier estimates or is lost in the mail, once a package is marked shipped it is in the carrier control and any shipping issue must be taken up with them directly. All items will ship out with insurance comparable to the cost of the item. Please allow 48 hours for packages to be scanned into the post office system. During high volume time like the holiday season please note that shipping times may be significantly extended.

I need to change my address? I need to ship internationally?

If you need to change an address on your order please contact us directly, we can change it up until the point it is marked as shipped. Once the order is released to the carrier we can not change the address. You will responsible for pay additional shipping costs if mail is returned to sender.If you are an international buyer you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I need to rush my order

Rush Processing must be approved by us before an item is purchased, and a rush processing fee must be paid. For any rush orders or requests for guaranteed delivery by a certain date, you must message or email (hello@kellyanneembroidery.com) me PRIOR to placing your order. Do not leave these requests in the “Note to seller field” as we need to know about rushed requests prior to an order being placed, it is your responsibility to directly request rush processing. Please note, additional fees are required for rushed and guaranteed delivery, if approved you will be required to sign and a “Rush Processing Agreement” before production begins.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Due to the custom and made to order nature of our item, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. If you do have any concerns about your order you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If there is an error with the order upon arrival please send us photographs and we will investigate to find the best solution.Colors may appear different depending on your screen display setting. While we do our best to provide the most accurate color information, we are not responsible if the color appears different on your display to real life. We can advise on color, but we do not take responsibility for the final color choice. We will not grant refunds or exchanges due to color choice under any circumstance.

Backorders and Delays

Due to supply and manufacturer shortages, some items and materials can be on backorder and we have no control over when they will become available again, this may lead to unexpected delays in the processing time. In the event an item has a prolonged back-ordered, we will switch out the brand of apparel, we will always switch to a brand that is the same or high quality and match the color and size of your order. We reserve the right to make these changes as we see fit, with little or no notice in order to fulfill your order in the most timely manner.

What if my order is lost or damaged in the mail?

If your item(s) is missing or lost in the mail, please file a claim with the USPS, UPS or DHL please contact us if you have any questions or need information, we would be happy to assist you in this process. If you receive your package and notice the packing is damaged, immediately take a photo as proof to file your claim, and DO NOT open the package until your claim has been filed and completed. Once the claim is processed you may reorder your item and get a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hours after ordering to request a cancellation. Zero cancellations will be given after the 24 hour period has passed. If you need to change your order please let us know within 24 hours of placing the order. We do our best to accommodate changes but once materials are ordered and it is in production, we can not change it. Please note depending on the change extra fees may apply.

Care Instructions

The stabilizer backing on the inside of the garment is a wash-a-way material that will disappear when the garment is washed. It may take multiple washings for the backing to fully dissolve. I recommend you wash any apparel before wearing given that we are a business that operates out of our home and clothing can be exposed to the pets and allergens in the house. Machine wash cold inside-out using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Dry at low dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean. The garment has cotton fibers and may shrink when exposed to high heat during laundering. We recommend using a color catcher to help prevent colors from bleeding onto one another. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in the laundry.

If you have any questions, we will do our best to answer within a timely manner. Our hours are M-F 10 am to 6 pm, please allow up to 1 business day for a response. (Business days are M-F not including federal holidays)Production for all shirts and materials is not started until after the order has been placed and payment has been received.
