Custom Embroidery Order Process!
To order custom embroidery from Kelly Anne Embroidery, follow these steps:
- Get a quote: Start by filling out our online quote form on our website. Be sure to include your artwork and specify the items you want, including the quantity. We'll send you a free quote once we receive this information.
- Confirm your order: Once you have your quote, we'll work with you to finalize your order and make sure all the designs and quantities meet your needs. When you're ready to proceed, click the "Place Order" button at the bottom of the quote page and pay a 50% deposit online with a card. If you prefer another payment method, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist you. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
- KAE receives your items: Once we have your order and artwork, we'll need to get the items you need embroidered. If you purchased the items directly from KAE, we'll order them from our trusted suppliers. If you're providing your own items, you'll need to schedule a time to drop them off at our office using the link in your order confirmation email. We offer free local pickup and drop-off, but please schedule an appointment in advance. For safety reasons, we do not accept walk-up or unannounced visitors.
- Approve the artwork: After we receive your artwork, we'll send it for digitization. Once this process is complete, we'll send you an approval email. This is your last chance to make any changes to the design.
- Start production: Once you approve the artwork, we'll schedule your order for production. Please note that no further changes can be made at this stage.
- Complete your order: Once we finish all the work, we'll calculate the final balance. Once you pay the balance, your items will be released to you. You can choose between free local pickup or shipping to your location (shipping fees apply). If you choose local pickup, you will receive a link in the order completion email to schedule a pickup time
Premium Pricing for Premium Quality:
At Kelly Anne Embroidery, we believe in delivering top-notch quality at competitive and flexible pricing. Whether you bring your own items or choose from our selection, we customize each quote to ensure you get the best value for your unique embroidery project. Please keep in mind that the examples provided are just a glimpse of our pricing range, and we're thrilled to provide personalized quotes tailored to your needs!
Setup Fees:
- $50 for simple designs under 5"
- Caps or regular (flat) items if they can share the same embroidery file
- $65 for a cap and regular (flat) combo
- $75 for simple designs above 5"
Note: The setup fee is a one-time charge per graphic. Sometimes, a single setup fee can be applied for both caps and regular (flat) items, but if the design is too tall for caps and requires a separate embroidery file, an additional setup fee may apply.
Embroidery Minimums for Customer-Provided Items: $50
Minimums do not include shipping, taxes, setup fees, expenses, and other applicable fees.
No minimum for embroidery on products purchased from Kelly Anne Embroidery.
